With his real estate license in hand in 2002, Robert immediately began selling homes in the San Diego Real Estate Market. During his first few years in the business, he embraced every facet of residential sales. Along the way, he partnered with a local developer and started on the fast track to success, becoming instrumental in helping this builder deliver approximately 360 luxury high rise residential units to the downtown San Diego market. It was here that he gained extensive knowledge in the pre- construction and high rise condo market. He is considered a foremost authority for his knowledge in the niche market of downtown San Diego high rise condos.
During his time selling high rise condos, he also came across over 3000 prospective condo buyers. He found that there were a lot of similarities in questions they had when they were home shopping. From that, he developed a list of questions that they found helpful and that they needed to ask when they were visiting developments in order to make a savvy investment decision. This list received overwhelming response from all those who read it. Now he is making it available to any condo buyer; whether they are an entry-level condo or conversion buyer, to penthouse buyers in the tallest of high rises.
